Board of Commissioners
In terms of Section 16(1) of the Act, the Board of Commissioners are responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Act, in addition to any other functions conferred on the Commission.
The role and responsibility of the Board of Commissioners are to ensure that it acts as the focal point for, and custodian of, corporate governance by managing its relationship with management and other stakeholders of the Namibian Competition Commission, along sound corporate governance principles, including ethics.
